Class Counsel appointments, $10.725M in settlements, and progress on JudgmentTrade.com
Dear Clients, Colleagues, and Friends:
We are pleased to share recent achievements at Levin-Epstein & Associates: our appointment as Class Counsel in significant class actions resulting in $10.725 million in negotiated settlements, and continued progress on JudgmentTrade.com, the AI-driven judgment marketplace our firm founded.
We are seeing firsthand how artificial intelligence is transforming our legal practice. Over time, we believe AI can make legal services more accessible by reducing the time and cost of complex work. For JudgmentTrade, it helps us search court records across disparate systems and identify potential debtor assets through publicly available property databases, which could unlock a broader market for judgments as an asset class.
Two significant class action settlements
These milestones reflect sustained advocacy in complex commercial and employment disputes and our continued focus on achieving meaningful results for our clients.
Appointed Class Counsel alongside co-counsel after the Court granted class certification on March 13, 2026. Settlement subject to court approval.
Appointed Class Counsel for workers pursuing wage-and-hour claims. Non-reversionary common fund settlement, subject to final court approval.
A marketplace for an untapped asset class
Unsatisfied court judgments represent substantial sums in court-ordered debt that go uncollected each year. JudgmentTrade.com will provide a transparent, data-driven marketplace where judgment holders can list and sell their judgments, and investors can identify, evaluate, and acquire them.
The platform uses data analytics to identify unsatisfied judgments across federal jurisdictions and applies AI to search public property records for debtors with recoverable assets, enabling analysis and modeling that once took weeks.
