Below are the fees (not including attorneys’ fees) associated with a permanent “On-Premises Liquor License”:
- Publication Fees: Notice must be provided in newspaper, designated by the county clerk, once a week for 2 successive weeks. First publication must be made within 10 days of the filing of the application
- License Fee: 2 Year County of New York “On-Premises” Fee of $4,352.00 (non-refundable filing fee in the amount of $200.00)
- Filing Fee: $200.00
- Penal Bond in the Amount of $1,000.00 (Insurance Company to Provide Rate)
- Fees for Fingerprinting: $102.45.00
- Survey Fees (survey firm to provide rate)
